File Insight - Norton 360

While updating PortableApps to my flash drive dedicated to PortableApps, Norton 360 displayed a File Insight notice on my screen. I made a copy of it and save it to Downloads. The Details read Threat Type: Heuristic Virus. Detection of a threat based on malware heuristics. CDex-2.24.files. Threat name: PUA.InstallCore. Many users Tens of thousands of users in the Norton Community have used this file. Mature This file was released 3 years 3 months ago. Low This file is low risk.

Is there anything to be concerned about because of this message? I have saved a Snipping Tool copy if you want me to send it to an email address.
