I have OBS Portable installed. I am interested in using plugins within the program. When researching how to install them, I've seen some some require running an installer that installs it on the PC.
Can these not be used with OBS Portable?

You'll need to either extract these from the installer using something like 7-Zip. Barring that, you could request a ZIP download from the plugin publisher.
