How to make all menu and program files are NON-erasable ?
If possible, it is non-erasable even by FORMAT. Possible ?

I don't think you can make files non.erasable.
And if you format your drive, nothing will survive.
Thats how it is.

Some versions of the PAM keep you from deleting the folders by locking them.
