If I have to explain then the joke is lost but basically it is a lol!!!!!!! but spelled out as lawl as a phonetic spelling. The !!1!one!! is a direct make fun of someone who is excited by hitting 1 to create a ! but repeatedly and sometimes letting up on the Shift key by accident. The insult is continued by actually spelling out 1 to get one.
It is not a direct affront against you, it is simply a funny way of saying lol to the person whom posted the original reply.

Well if you want to talk like that, then I'll respond with:
Witty humour not being funny is an opinion. Some people find it funny, and I'm sure some people (Not me) would laugh out loud at that. Especially poeple who also frequent forums filled with stupid excited people who often DO type:

not that i dont think SOME whitty humor is lame but that there are different classes of whitty humor. tha class you presented would be textual whitty humor. i prefer to stay away from that type, it confuses me a bit. no offense ment.

Some people enjoy visual humor. Some enjoy high brow humor. Others like a raunchy low bro humor. Others like text based humor. The lawl bit makes fun of those people who speak in elite or leet or 1337 as it was a way to encode certain things in the early days of the internet when you were still in diapers if not born yet. Early hackers on the news groups encoded there speech into a way that looks humorous now. It is only funny as people started catching onto thew leet speak and started using it. Once it became common tongue, the hackers no longer used it. It then became a tool to poke fun at people by speaking in leet and such. Especially with the !!1!one!eleven! thing going on.
Don't worry that you don't get it or don't find the humor in it. People that do find the humor in it are the same folks who grew up without computers and actually went outside to play.
