A cracked version is available IIRC that "just works" wherever it is unzipped to, but otherwise, it's available under a commercial licence, and possibly has way of checking that it's still running on the same hardware it was originally installed upon.
So, legally, I do not think that it would not be a good idea to post a PortableApps version... Shame really, as it's a great game!

Scorched 3D is like Worms 3D.
