i think this would be a great addition to the portable apps line up. Although it has been out of production for a while, i still have a copy of it, and its still relatively easy to find

It's based on a *very* old version of Mozilla stuff (4.5 years) and, thus, has security holes that could compromise the system it's running on. So, it would be *highly* irresponsible to make a promote a new portable package of it.
Unless someone continues development -- which is doubtful as there's been zero interest -- it's not gonna happen.
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
