No don't delete it. AVG never picked this up before, so a new update must have slipped it in. I came in this morning looking to ask this exact question, so others are sure to follow.
If you look at the 7-zip forums on Sourceforge, they know about this issue. Since it is a problem with 7-zip and not with John's launcher, John (or anyone here) can't do anything about it. From what I understand the 7-zip developer is working on it.
