Please "include system details (OS version, 32 vs 64-bit), install path, new vs upgrade, etc."

I just installed it on my Windows 10 64-bit fully up to date machine without issue.

Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!

Win 11 23H2 - it is not an issue of my system as other updates worked flawlessly and even this got done properly just now, maybe it was a server side issue
