The folder icons are availible under X:\PortableApps\PortableAppsMenu\Icons.
The rest are availible either from the source, or by downloading the latest beta of the menu, and the icons are will be under X:\PortableApps\PortableAppsMenu\App\DefaultData\Icons Theme and Folder Icons in that beta version.
