Is there a way to modify the portable apps menu?

I would like to be to add to or modify the menu choices to the right side of the menu.
For example: Since I am in IT support, I would like to remove documents/music/pictures/video and replace them with my own choices, like tools, apps, drivers, etc.

If you use a beta you might

If you use a beta you might be able to use a "translation" to set the text and replace the icons.
