Take a look at the Menu 'Settings' - 'Preferences' - 'Video (General Video Settings)'. You can set the capture directory here. I haven't attempted to set a relative path, so I don't know if that will work. If not, you can set the path to point to your current USB drive letter or send it to the local machine and copy it off.

A relative path seems to work (.\ = ${EXEDIR}), but I don't know (and can't really test) if it will stay relative.
