not right now there isn't. What you could do though, is make a batch script (.bat file) which says:
@echo off
< path to the PAM >
< Path to Thunderbird >
Then change the line in your autorun.inf which tells it where the PAM is so that it says where the batch script is. You should also be able to change the icon in there so it doesn't come up as the little ugly command box icon.
