LibreWolf doesn't build the ESR branch of Firefox that still supports Windows 7/8. So, it would be using 115.0.2-2 which is 9 months out of date and has known security exploits so should not be used.
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
The team behind the Supermium project also builds quite current Firefox and Librewolf releases which run under Windows 7
