Apart from a few specific apps we generally don't do beta releases. Regarding lt20, we also only really do different release channels of a handful of bigger apps too.
Somebody may pick it up themselves and post it unofficially if you are lucky, but you probably won't see an official package of qBittorrent 5 here until it is the stable release, and you'd probably only see an lt20 release channel if there was significant demand and technical benefit from it, and it would probably only be the current stable version lt20, not the beta.
From what I can see there isn't a big improvement from libtorrent 1.2 to 2.0, it is mostly just removing old code and some other internal changes, but not much actual benefit for users.

I wound up switching to the lt20 builds along with the 5.0.x update.
