That business has been sanctioned by the US Dept of State and can NOT supply any software to any US persons, directly or indirectly (via this website).

ref: https://www.state.gov/designating-kaspersky-lab-leadership-in-response-t...

"...prohibits Kaspersky Lab, Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries and parent companies from directly or indirectly providing anti-virus software and cybersecurity products or services in the United States or to U.S. persons due to the risks these products pose to U.S. national security."

Warning, Scheduled Updates

With today's release, it is no longer being offered for new installs in the PortableApps.com Platform App Store. On launch, a warning with the Dept of Commerce announcement is shown. It's being offered to existing users on the updates schedule laid out by the Dept of State which will end on Sept 29, 2024.
