This portable application has failed to launch make sure you are running it from an ntfs-formatted drive

Has anyone seen this error, it's for an app I was previously running fine. I tried copying it to a different NFTS formatted drive and got the same error.

Illegal and Unsupported

We don't support illegally packaged apps from sites like that.
