how to creat Symbolic Link with qbittorrent and instead of “copy files to AppData”

hi，can portableApp.exe create and destroy soft link to C:/USERS/XXXX/APPDATA/LOCAL/QBITTORENT instead of copying files

Ⅰ、 I know there is already qbittorrentpoartable in this forum,but the default behavior is that copy all files in “Data” folder to C:/USERS/XXXX/APPDATA/LOCAL/QBITTORENT when start and reverse the option when exit
Ⅱ、This will lead some issues:
my data folder is a bit hugesize (8000 torrents located at BT_backup folde,1.5GB size). It takes long time to finish the “copy and move" progress each start and exit . and when quiting qbit， the trayicon exit but the qbittorrent progress still in explorer untill the copy progress finished，but the third part pack mentioned below ，its trayicon will stay until the qbit progress really exit
Ⅲ、there is unofficial portableqbit （https://sourceforge.net/projects/thumbapps/files/Internet/qBittorrent/ ）use creating soft link to C:/USERS/XXXX/APPDATA/LOCAL/QBITTORENT instead,thus can avoid the problem,but
the third part pack also face issues:it will pull up sencond instance of qbit （click magnet then call up a new instance），below is the third part pack parameter

btw :once delete "CommandLineArguments='--no-splash --profile="%PAL:DataDir%" this pack will copy files too
