Other Apps

I'm sure that this is answered somewhere here and I've been looking for days, but How do I load other Apps on my thumb drive and have them show up on the menu? Not the approved ones but other portable apps.

Thanks.

depends...

Place the app in a folder next to PAM folder, if the app have only one .exe file it will show it automatically in your next PAM start... if the app have more than one .exe file you need to make a launcher for the main .exe file, otherwise you'll see every .exe in PAM

-Papps folder
--PAM folder
--App folder
---.exe file

Just in case...
(Papps == Portable Apps)
(PAM == Portable Apps Menu)
(App or Apps == Application or applications)

Should I have a signature?

If a packet hits a pocket on a socket on a port,
and the bus is interrupted as a very last resort,
and the address of the memory makes your floppy disk abort,
then the socket packet pocket has an error to report Biggrin

Just look

When in doubt, just look at the app page or the support page. Common questions are REALLY easy to find. Don't overthink it.

https://portableapps.com/support/portable_apps_suite#addingapps

It's linked right from the Suite page and the support page.
