I have OperaGX installed but because of the Title Bar that appears, I am unable to navigate between tabs.
I seem to recall a setting that would remove that Title Bar, but I cannot remember where it is.
Can anyone assist?

According to everything I've seen online, Opera has no support for an actual Windows title bar though there may be some mods with various levels of success. Are you referring to the tab bar? Can you upload a screenshot to IMGUR and then post a link?
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
