Two little questions.-

Just two questions...

As you now, there is an "AppInfo" subfolder inside "App" folder... What do the files there? I mean, are they necessary to run the PApp?

and the second one is, Every PApps is divided in two folders "App" and "Data"... Is it possible to put every PApp together sharing the same two folders? I mean, Can I have all my profiles in one folder and all my PApps in another one? ... I tried before but "AppInfo" keeps overwriting other Apps appicon.ico and appinfo.ini

Then...

Can I delete it without problems running my PApps? I use PStart...

and... Is it possible to put every PApp together sharing the same two folders? I mean, Can I have all my profiles in one folder and all my PApps in another one?

Should I have a signature?

and the address of the memory makes your floppy disk abort,
then the socket packet pocket has an error to report Biggrin

Ok

mmmm... I think I'm going to make an experiment... I still have my old 256 Mb PenDrive (with just music for the CD player in my car)... I'm going to make a copy in there and try to put every profile together and see what happens... then I'll report here... Wink

Thanks.-

Done

I meant to have all Data folders in one and (only one Data folder) all App folder in one (one App folder)...

It can be done... but it's a mess... when you try to update, remove, add, etc... any PApp, you have to surf trough two different folders... the actual way is just delete, copy, etc... one folder...

And, of course... the .paf.exe doesn't work in this way... you have to install an then copy...

exactly what i said!

das what i ment. + why dont you just move all of the data fonders for your curent apps into one data folder so it is orginised by folder in one location.(Ex: openoffice.org's data FOLDER and gimpportable's data FOLDER are in one folder containing the two app data folders, likewise with the app folders. this will keep all of them in a single location but keep them orginised enough that you are not file surfing for ten hours.)

then...

when you need a specific file you will have to file surf through all of the files placed there to find it but i dont see why it wouldent work.
