Search

There are a handful of guides in the forum that provide some help on how to do it.

But there is no complete one-size-fits-all guide because every app is different and will require some changes to the process/setup - some of the process you can only really master through experience.

The best way to learn is to pick some existing apps, explore the folder & file layout, look at the files needed to make the portability happen, and understand how and why the content of those files makes the portability work.

Otherwise all the documentation for the necessary files/processes you need can be found linked from the Development tab in the site navigation. There is also one very rough guide linked from that page.

understand.

understand.
wanted to know a bit to understand and maybe give a developer some background as not going forward on borg calendar or kanri.
don't dare to ask about the progress and if there maybe was even a portable borg from the developer.
just seen he changed sometime from jar to msi i think.
a zip was only for lib and source i think.
both a nice pice of software, hope it comes, or other great calendar.
see it now: no, i don't dare to think of make it myself.
i only have an idea of levels of portability and don't...
thanx for info/intro!

i help where i can! maybe you can help (me) too! see in my account under 'track' for my conservations/threads. be nice!
if you don't want to help, don't post crap!
