If it's just adding files in as it appears, I'd suggest asking the publisher to also provide a ZIP file for Windows. That will allow installation to any OBS instance. I've packaged a test of it: https://portableapps.com/downloads/temp/OBS_Studio_Plugin_4.11.1_TEST.zip
