OBS Portable with NDI plugin

I would like to request to have a version of OBS Studio with the NDI plugin included. Here is the github for the NDI plugin. https://github.com/paulpv/obs-ndi
Do you think this is doable?

Zip file?

If it's just adding files in as it appears, I'd suggest asking the publisher to also provide a ZIP file for Windows. That will allow installation to any OBS instance. I've packaged a test of it: https://portableapps.com/downloads/temp/OBS_Studio_Plugin_4.11.1_TEST.zip
