How do I uninstall it? I've tried deleting everything but there is still hidden files on the drive.

I guess you mean the hidden autorun.inf ion the root of the drive which is naming it to PortableApps?
Just enable "show hidden files" on your PC and delete it afterwards.

to enable hidden files to be shown, go to control panel> folder options> enable/check the "show hidden files thing. otherwise, format the drive in FAT or FAT32 and use the drive at your will.
