Static App List Settings?

Hello!

I have implemented PortableApps as the IT Toolkit at my job, allowing us (Me and my IT coworkers) to use some installers and diagnostic tools really easily. The one issue I have ran into is for some reason, the PortableApps Launcher takes anywhere from 15-60 seconds to load, and possibly even slower on some of our older PCs. It seems to be loading the list of Apps we have on the drive.

The thing is we don't really change the list or add anything too often, and I am usually the one to add them and then push an update in the form of a Zip file to the other IT guys. Is there a way to set a static list of Apps that it looks for to bypass the scanning on startup? Would adding an appinfo.ini to all of the custom apps I have loaded help the loading speed?
