online feedreader to save PA traffic?

main issue/goal is to save you traffic, user disc space and missing feature in rss guard...
read here something about (possible problems) with rss reader in cloud.
would prefer an online feedreader to avoid problems.

question:
which online feedreader with this features can you recommend?
- favored swiss, swedish, german. for data safety..., mean privacy.
- maybe no account or login needed
- push news if activated
- dark mode
- no idea how big and how can archive the news
idea. to save space and traffic/updates from pa.
