Hello I installed Thunderbird/portable im my dropbox folder ---- which introduced some sync'ing issue
It seems that dropbox was rename some of the files with the "confliced tag" ---- is the a "best way" to handle this?

Right now, you are just going to have to manually choose which is the version of the files that you want to keep and either delete the conflict-tagged files, or replace the properly named files with the conflict-tagged versions.
In future, make sure you never run Thunderbird Portable from your Dropbox on multiple computers at the same time, and after closing Thunderbird Portable you need to wait until Dropbox has finished syncing all changes to the cloud before disconnecting from the internet or Dropbox account, and then wait until all changes have synced down before running it again.
