Getting logged out of sync after changing PC

Hello,

I'm using Chrome Portable, and I've enable sync. Aswell as set PortablePasswords to True. But each time I change of PC, it logs me out of my google account, so it disable sync. Which is annoying.

Any ideas? I've read old topics but didn't find the answer.
