I made a calendar python script
in install version, it only take 2 minutes to output whole year
but in GIMP 2.10.38 portable version, it take nearly 5 minutes

I copy GIMP install version files to architecture of GIMP 2.10.38 portable
Result is the same, slow
Test again
When clean install the portable version with only yearCalendar_tw plugin, performance almost the same with install version
But copy all my collect plug-ins and scripts, performance drop
yearCalendar_tw plugin render 2 months it took over 1 minute, but install version only less than 25 seconds
Seem install more plug-ins and script more slow, but it not happen in install version
