I'm not able to open Rednotebook Portable
I keep seeing the following error: "Failed to execute script "pyi_rth_tkinter" due to unhandled exception, Tcl data directory not found"
What's causing this and how do i fix it?

Please "include system details (OS version, 32 vs 64-bit), install path, new vs upgrade, etc."

D:\RedNotebookPortable on my USB drive
And i have been trying to upgrade it
I installed it in a similar location in my Windows 11 machine and it worked without issue. To upgrade, please follow the "Standalone" upgrade details here: https://portableapps.com/support/portable_app#upgrading
