Recommend LWmenu for non-PA.com apps

Hi, I just thought maybe this could be of much use to the PortableApps community.
This app is essentially a launcher, but it can fully portablise applications in very much the same way as WinPenPack's X-Launcher.

It can be launched as a menu to show a list of items, or it can make shortcuts to launch apps without even showing the menu, which is how I use it. A recent addition allows bulk creation of shortcuts. This means you add the parameters to a single INI file, for each and every app then select the option from the top bar to generate shortcuts. These shortcuts basically use the LWmenu to then launch the selected app(s) portably.

It's been really useful for me and is great for those apps that aren't included here. There are too many functions and abilities of the app to list so go check out the developers GitHub page for more info.
