donwload manager showing true goal address?

hi all,
does one of the portable download managers show the true goal address?
some sites or blogs use standard a outgoing address which is the own site url.
by downloads you want to see the right address, better need to!
i hope maybe it goes with free download manager, which i would propably mostly like to use.
maybe you know...
