I need to completely remove Firefox ESR. Not just right-mouse clicking the Uninstall menu but also any and all metadata that might be left behind. I want it as if it were never installed in the first place/

If this is concerning the portable apps firefox, it is really so that when it did run, you simply close it properly, then right mouse on the folder and delete.
If it is local install, well then the uninstall function is first place, but then you can run something like ccleaner to remove some rests.
