on the actual App and not on the Menu so you would have to check every App. PAM cant force an App to hide in the tray if it isn't designed for doing that.

No but I mean for the next version to add that. Make a thing for when you right click on the window it gives you the option of Minimizing to the tray. There are several apps which you can do that.

Do you mean several apps which can make "other" programs minimize to tray?

Actually both there is most Mozilla apps with the Minimize to Tray Extension and then there are a bunch of apps which can make other apps without that feature minimize to the tray like DM2 or TrayIt (personally I use DM2).

BTW, the second post here https://portableapps.com/node/6092 lists at least three apps that supposedly let you minimize stuff to the tray.
