What are you looking for? A SQL database like Oracle, MSSQL, Mysql? Or just an editor/front end to a SQL database? If the latter, I would suggest you look into an ODBC-compliant tool like WinSQL (which is portable, not necessarily stealth). It does require the ODBC drivers to be installed locally, but if you are using a machine with database access, that may not be a problem.
