Issues With Your Post

First, stop calling out individual dev names in your requests for support. I've probably warned you about this 10 times now. This is your last warning. You will receive a temporary ban if you do it again. No one is here as your personal tech support.

Second, I have no idea what you are asking. There is nothing within WinDirStat Portable that will reference or create [PuTTYPortable] in any INI file. "is delete or change false name ok?" What does that even mean? What are you trying to do? Please stop randomly poking at INI files if you have no idea what you are doing. They are explained completely in their use within the readme.txt.

sorry.

sorry.
i wanted only to remove splashscreen like i did in other app, but it didnt worked and i noticed missing a line, like mentioned.
it was false in the ini file, but one can propably leave it out, the name in [], as other ini didnt had it.
i just removed it and changed splashscreen setting, but even system restart didnt helped.
i removed runlocal, as it wasnt there before i put it in, in the older version.
i added it as other app have, and it was missing.

i help were i can. maybe you can help me too. threads in account/track.

Exactly The Same

It's exactly the same as it's always been: https://portableapps.com/support/portable_app#disable-splash

Follow those instructions exactly. Don't randomly copy INI files from other apps. Don't change other random things in the file. Don't try to add things you see in other INI files. Don't worry about what any other lines say that you're not trying to change. Follow those directions EXACTLY and it works.

i have WinDirStatPortable.ini

i have WinDirStatPortable.ini in top directory, like i did in other app.
file content:
AdditionalParameters=
DisableSplashScreen=true

# This INI is an example only and will not work until placed according to the directions in readme.txt
# The above options are explained in the included readme.txt

...and it doesnt work. maybe its dont want work in the v1.
the putty name was there, i didnt add it. propably one wanted to have the name in it, sometimes you didnt put the name and made only an example ini file.
however, i jumped to the devs portable version.
its not so important, i have to get to other things.
but i dont understand why the line with portable use is missing in the standard ini, maybe because you use the portable version as source for the modifications or you forgot it in the old version v1.

v1? Present In Neither

Why are you using v1? I'm looking at both WinDirStatPortable_2.2.2.paf.exe and WinDirStatPortableLegacyWinXP_1.1.2.80.4.paf.exe. Neither have PuTTY in the example AppNamePortable.ini file. Both work just fine by following the directions above. Note that no other version is supported other than these two. And even the 1.1 isn't actually supported anymore.

maybe it was fixed in some

maybe it was fixed in some revision, my had it.
here on the site are sometimes also app names false, but thats not a thing.
however, it was actual here till few days ago or so.
but the posted code doesnt work.
its 2 lines and 2 lines explanation, as i removed putty name.
had added the line for portable before system restart, removed now, but no difference.
as it doesnt work, i changed to devs portable.
EDIT
you can see the content of the ini few posts above.
its unclear why there is no parameter for portable use like i found in other app.
dec portable version seem not to save on system, propably can be used as portable.
