Well sorry to parade on your post but bitcomet is not really portable. It does require a dependency in order for it to run

Out of curiosity, what is this dependency (besides being connected to the net)? I obviously must have it in place since I'm running BitComet 0.89 (loaded to my USB drive from the .zip format from the Bitcomet website).
Halite as well as utorrent (if configured properly) are two portable ones but utorrent is now owned buy RIAA so lol if ure downloading is clean u shouldnt worry but if not then i think Halite is the way to go to http://www.binarynotions.com/halite.php to get it

I was looking arround on a portable freeware site and I found this dependancy.
