Am pretty new to PA but have found them invaluable. I have found some nice PA.com skins and themes but do not know how to install them. Can anyone give me a "step by step" on this? Would greatly appreciate it.

Go read this page, download what it says, and then extract it as said in the post I linked you too.
Now, copy or extract your theme to X:\PortableApps\PortableAppsMenu\App\DefaultData\Theme, where X is your drive letter, now just start the PortableApps Menu and your theme should be in place.
