Is there a portable application available that will require a "sign-in" password before allowing PA suite to run? Would like to be able to lock the flash drive like the U3 drives.

I have been looking for that App... I want to autorun lost.exe, that when click "ok" opens a password-protected-folder-locker, that, when inserting the password launch the Portable Menu or AppsLauncher or any other App that I choose...
I found (no open source and the free version just run once) something called lockngo, and another one called folder lock portable, but don't autolaunch apps.
If you find something, please post it...
