When I try to install or update any extesion, I bomb out of the installation routine, and am directed to the following msg in the Error Console:

if you are at work or a school with limited permissions, it could be blocking your ability to install extensions. I have full admin rights on my work computer, but because of the network security we have, I can't install any firefox plug-ins
