I have a "4GB Titanium SanDisk U3 USB Drive", very nice USB Drive but the problem is SanDisk are not releasing a VISTA update for it to work with VISTA.
and as far as I know your PA dose.
But I have a few programes that I use allot on my U3 Drive wich are:-

Instead of Foxit Reader, you can use Sumatra PDF.
Both Apps can be downloaded from the Application Page.

Yes. Use the uninstall program from the Sandisk Homepage.
No/Kinda. It prompts you (if autorun isnr´t disabled) and you have to hit Enter but it doesnt autorun the way U3 does.

You can have PA and U3 on the same drive. You may have to fight to get PA to show up in the U3 menu but if you win the battle you can have U3 and PAM auto start when the drive is plugged in. (And you can use U3's security to prevent unauthorized access to all your apps and data.)
(You can also add PStart to the U3 menu and have it auto start also. The Pegtop site has a U3 install for PStart. Nice! )

While you write some excellent utilities SmithTech this one isn't portable enough.
You MUST have .NET 1.1 installed to use the .NET version of this utility.
