Stickying and bumping a thread like this in the general forum? I'm guessing it was in off-topic before this since it showed up for me with only a couple comments unread. I don't read offtopic since most stuff there is pretty useless and distracting.

I'm waiting a john's email from December 2006. This is important for me and I'm tired waiting an email from John. Maybe he ignores me (like here https://portableapps.com/node/8644#comment-46460 ).
I find he doesn't normally answer question directed at him specifically.
Just a hint.
For example, "Gee, I wonder when the next version of the menu will be released..."
Is much more likely to recieve an answer than,
"John, when will the next version of the menu be released"
