firstly, thanks a million to the portable apps creator(s), fantastic tool which I can no longer live without 
My issues, are as follows:
* I have downloaded a couple of new portable app menu themes, how can i install these? I searched the files and located (under portable apps-portableappmenu-) an icons folder, however no theme folder....??
* I have noticed that other portable apps are available, which are not available via the offical portable apps site, and will therefore not install and site on the portable apps menu....is there any way in which a new portable app can be installed and onto the portable apps menu....(hope that makes sense )

But as for your questions, I will answer them anyway.
As for using themes on the PortableApps Menu, you need to download the latest beta of the menu. With that one, you will find the directory under X:\PortableApps\PortableApps Menu\App\Default Data, there you'll find the folder for the menu theme to be placed in, and the folder for the menu icons to be placed in.
As for adding other applications to the menu, the menu is designed to pick up any executable under it's own sub directory under the PortableApps Menu. For example:
If you wanted to add Whatever Portable to the menu, it should like this:
X:\+PortableApps -Firefox Portable -KeePass Portable -Sunbird Portable -Thunderbird Portable +Whatever Portable (Or call it whatever you want) -WhateverPortable.exeAnd I hope that makes sense.
