NSIS error

I'm having trouble running PTB on a few pc's...I keep getting an "NSIS error" "The installer you are trying to use is corrupted or incomplete." Etc.... It only happens on a few computers. No rhyme or reason.
Thanks in advance,
Drumz

Fresh install

Yes. That was the first thing I did. I have Portable Thunderbird on my Thumbdrives. It doesn't work on either of the thumbdrives....on 3 specific PCs. I frequently use between 5 and 10 different PCs a day, and it works on all of the other PCs. One of the PCs is one of my home computers, which has had Firefox and Thunderbird installed before (regular versions). I'm not sure what other information I need to include to help find answers, so if anyone can help just let me know what info. to get. Here is the entire error message.....

The installer you are trying to use is corrupted or incomplete.
This could be the result of a damaged disk, a failed download or a virus.

You may want to contact the author of this installer to obtain a new copy.

It may be possible to skip this check using the /NCRC command line switch
(NOT RECOMMENDED).

Again Thanks in advance.
