And I was wondering if possibly you could get a VisualBoyAdvance PortableApp happening!
Its not a bad program, one you can finally add to your emulator list!
I'd really like to see it as a PortableApp
Its a free licence, well there is none.
And it already runs portably, all you need to do is modify it for PortableApps.

You Should look in the beta testing forum because it's been done and is available at ormus.info I believe. And yes VisualBoyAdvacne does have a license and it's the Gnu Gpl.
