my favorite ones are:
-portable antivir THE BEST PORTABLE ANTIVIRUS !!!
-portable spybot THIS IS SOOOO USEFULL HAVING IT ON A USB DRIVE
-portable easy cleaner (go in options to change lang to english)

note. most of these apps are in english but some of them require you to go in options and choose english
