Great apps! This is my first post so please be nice 
I've just downloaded many of the apps which will be useful for me.
My question is if I use this on the machines at work will the apps leave any registry info etc behind, anything that will tell them what I've been doing?
Also if I use the Messengers will the people that monitor the internet usage know that I've been using it?

If you look around a bit, support pages and using the search function, you'll find all this info is here. The apps here don't leave personal bits behind in the registry, etc... otherwise they wouldn't qualify to be here. Portable apps from other sites are hit or miss.
And work can still see what you do, since they can monitor the network. There's no way around that.
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
