why would u build a custom iso of XP at someone elses computer? wouldnt it be safer at house? and faster? on hd rather then usb drive? wouldnt it be easier to have one custom iso on usb drive to carry around then? idk why u would be remastering xp so many times over anyway at other places?

Anyway, you could use NSIS. It's portable, customizable, and has a easy "Zip To Exe" installer creator.
