How I chage phpdesigner to a portable app?

It's proprietary software. I can think of many reasons against this.

- Since it's proprietary, it's hard to modify the code to make it portable, or generally tweak it to do whatever the developers didn't intend it to do.
- The end-user license supplied with the software generally renders these modifications illegal.
- Not many people can use the portabilized version because they need to pay for it. As far as I can see Portable Apps is generally pro- free software.

I have also never heard of that software; if it's not immensely popular it's probably unlikely that someone will help you portabilize it.

I actually use it, its a very good program. However i don't really need to program on the go and as you said, its not open source.
However i like free also, and the free 2007 version is horrible. I see he wants to make money, but i spent 20 minutes hunting down the installer for 2006 just to get back half the features. (hes done a good job removing most mirrors)
