Is there any way I can localize OpenOfficePortable to en_GB?
Or is the an en_GB OpenOfficePortable due out soon?
Failing that, how do I install my existing full-sized en_GB OpenOffice in PortableApps and get it to work?
Also how can I reduce the full-sized en_GB OpenOffice to a more portable size?
I have read other posts on similar topics and followed their advice and they don't work for me. I end up with a massive openoffice folder in the OpenOfficePortable folder and no links on the PortableApps menu. I have tried moving the OpenOffice executables out of OpenOfficePortable/openoffice/program folder and into the OpenOfficePortable folder but although the links show up on the PortableApps menu they don't work when I click on them. I am using OpenOffice.org 2.0.2

The easiest way for You is localizing of the en-us version with the corresponding en-gb lang-pack.
At first download the en-us Version of OOoP (use te last RC, cause I could not found any langpack for 2.0.2) http://downloads.sourceforge.net/portableoo/OpenOffice_Portable_2.2_PRER...
At second download the language pack for 2.2.0 from ftp://ftp.rz.tu-bs.de/pub/mirror/OpenOffice.org/extended/2.2.0rc4/OOo_2....
Third: Install the lang-pack to the OpenOfficePortable/App/openoffice folder.
That's it!

Thanks Marko, I'll have a go at that.
