When I go to create a new toolbar, it doesn't work. I can go through the process but it will not show up in the view toolbar drop down menu. Any help?

I've seen this on local FF when there's a problem with the profile... usually an extension issue. It works out of box with Portable FF. Try disabling your extensions and restarting and then try to create a toolbar.
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
